- 2 1/2 oz. - 3oz. Mixed vegetables - equal amounts of sliced mushrooms, pea pods, onion, celery, bean sprouts and Chinese cabbage.
- 1 Tsp. Butter
- 1 oz. Thickened teriyaki sauce
- 5-7 Shrimps

- Sauté vegetables in butter for about three minutes (Vegies should still be crisp). Pour out any extra butter and add 1 oz. teriyaki sauce. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are done. (They will look opaque). Jumbo shrimp quickly sauté.
